The centrepiece of San Telmo is our traditional Argentinian Parrilla charcoal grill — a bespoke 2.5 metre grill handcrafted in Argentina by Pirincho, a master of the craft.

Built for live fire cooking, the Parrilla brings together charcoal, smoke and intense open heat to create depth, flavour and character in every dish. More than a cooking method, it is an integral part of Argentine dining culture; a place where food is prepared with patience, shared generously and celebrated with respect for the ingredient.

Positioned at the heart of our open kitchen and surrounded by bar seating, the Parrilla brings guests close to the energy of the grill: from flame-kissed seafood and produce to perfectly cooked cuts of meat.

At San Telmo, our menu celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Argentina through fire-led Parrilla cooking, premium pasture-fed beef and the finest seasonal produce.

Alongside exceptional steaks from the charcoal grill, you'll find market seafood, seasonal vegetables and time-honoured Argentinian classics, all prepared with simplicity, respect for the ingredient and the unmistakable influence of the Parrilla. Finish as tradition intended, with a little dulce de leche.
