San Telmo, specialising in traditional Argentinian cuisine and cooking methods, is led by Head Chef Chef Dylan Perry who delivers an unmatched depth of skill and knowledge to his role.
In this return of our beloved BBQ Masterclass on Saturday 17th October, Dylan will give his expert tips on how to prepare your BBQ, source the best quality meat and cook steak the Argentinian way. This intimate, immersive and educational dining experience includes a fantastic three-course menu of San Telmo classics, including premium steak straight from the Parrilla charcoal grill. A glass of vino or beer is included upon arrival.
